توضح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية قيام وزارة الداخلية ("نحن" أو "لنا" أو "خاصتنا") بجمع واستخدام وحماية معلوماتك عند استخدامك لتطبيق المرور الذكي ("التطبيق").
من خلال استخدام هذا التطبيق، فإنك توافق على جمع واستخدام معلوماتك كما هو موضح في هذه السياسة.
نحن ملتزمون بحماية خصوصيتك وضمان التعامل مع بياناتك الشخصية بشكل آمن ووفقًا للقوانين واللوائح المعمول بها في جمهورية العراق.

المعلومات التي نجمعها

قد نقوم بجمع المعلومات التالية:

·          البيانات الشخصية (مثل الاسم ورقم الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني)

·          معلومات الدفع المتعلقة بالغرامات والخدمات

·          تتم معالجة الدفع بشكل آمن من قبل مزودي خدمات معتمدين

·          لا نقوم بتخزين البيانات المالية الحساسة مثل تفاصيل البطاقة الكاملة

·          معلومات الجهاز والاستخدام

·         البيانات الخاصة بالبصمات الحيوية (مثل التعرف على الوجه) وتُستخدم فقط للتحقق من الهوية

يتم استخدام البيانات الخاصة بالبصمات الحيوية بشكل صارم لأغراض المصادقة والأمان، ولا يتم مشاركتها أو تخزينها إلا بالقدر اللازم ووفقًا للوائح المعمول بها.


كيفية استخدام معلوماتك

نستخدم معلوماتك من أجل:

·          تقديم وإدارة الخدمات المتعلقة بالمرور

·          التحقق من هويتك بشكل آمن

·          معالجة طلبات الخدمات

·          تمكين دفع الغرامات والخدمات

·          إرسال الإشعارات والتحديثات

·          تحسين أداء التطبيق وتجربة المستخدم

·          ضمان أمن النظام ومنع الوصول غير المصرح به

مشاركة البيانات

قد يتم مشاركة بياناتك فقط مع:

·         الجهات الحكومية المخولة

·          مزودي الخدمات

·          الجهات القانونية عند الطلب بموجب القانون

جميع الأطراف ملزمة بالتعامل مع بياناتك بشكل آمن ولأغراض مصرح بها فقط.

أمن البيانات

نقوم بحماية بياناتك باستخدام إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية مناسبة، بما في ذلك:

·          تشفير البيانات أثناء النقل

·          آليات مصادقة آمنة

·          التحكم في الوصول والمراقبة

·          مراجعات أمنية دورية

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببياناتك فقط للمدة اللازمة لتقديم الخدمات والامتثال للالتزامات القانونية.

 
حقوقك

يمكنك طلب:

·         الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية

·          تصحيح البيانات غير الدقيقة

·          حذف بياناتك (وفقًا للمتطلبات القانونية)

 

خدمات الطرف الثالث

قد يتكامل التطبيق مع خدمات طرف ثالث مثل:

·         بوابات الدفع

·          خدمات الإشعارات (مثل Firebase)

تعمل هذه الخدمات وفق سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها.

 
التعديلات على هذه السياسة

قد نقوم بتحديث سياسة الخصوصية هذه من وقت لآخر، حيث سيتم نشر أي تغييرات على هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ السريان.
