القبول

باستخدامك لتطبيق المرور الذكي على الهاتف المحمول ("التطبيق")، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام.

استخدام التطبيق

يوفر التطبيق الوصول إلى الخدمات المرورية، بما في ذلك:

·         عرض المعلومات الشخصية ومعلومات المركبات

·         التقديم على الخدمات

·         دفع رسوم الخدمات والغرامات المرورية

توافق على استخدام التطبيق لأغراض قانونية فقط.

مسؤولية المستخدم

أنت مسؤول عن:

·         تقديم معلومات دقيقة

·         الحفاظ على أمان حسابك

·         جميع الأنشطة التي تتم باستخدام حسابك

التحقق من الهوية

قد يستخدم التطبيق وسائل تحقق البصمات الحيوية (مثل التعرف على الوجه) لأغراض أمنية.

المدفوعات

•         تتم معالجة المدفوعات من خلال مزودي خدمات معتمدين

•         نحن لا نقوم بتخزين بيانات البطاقة الكاملة

•         لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي مشاكل ناتجة عن مزودي خدمات الدفع الخارجيين

التوفر

لا نضمن توفر التطبيق بشكل مستمر، وقد يتم إيقاف الخدمات عند الحاجة

تحديد المسؤولية

لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو غير متوقعة ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق

القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لأحكام وقوانين جمهورية العراق.

Terms and Conditions


Effective Date: 1 April 2026

Acceptance

By using the Smart Traffic Police mobile application (“the App”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.


Use of the App

The App provides access to traffic services, including:

Viewing personal and vehicle information 
Applying for services 
Paying service and traffic fines 
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.


User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate information 
Keeping your account secure 
All activities performed using your account 
 
Identity Verification

The App may use biometric authentication (such as facial recognition) for security purposes.

Payments

Payments are processed through authorized providers 
We do not store full payment card details 
We are not responsible for third-party payment issues 
 

Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App and may suspend services when necessary.

 
Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or unexpected damages resulting from the use of the App.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.
